We are a family owned garden centre in Leighton Buzzard in the south-east of England.
We are well-established in our home town and we didn't get that way by bad service! We always aim to please.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just click the ' Add To Shopping Cart ' button. At any time click the 'View Cart' button to review your order. After you have finished your selections, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for the details that we need. If after entering the ordering section, you wish to make changes, please press the back button on the page once or twice and then click the 'View Cart' button.

We accept credit card payment by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Connect. Or you may fax, phone or post payment to us. If you are shopping from outside Britain, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We will not charge for any item until it is shipped.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of goods. Simply return the unopened items to us at: The Garden Centre, Hockliffe Road, Leighton Buzzard, Beds, LU7 9NX and we will refund the cost of your goods within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Shipping to the U.K Mainland - Shipped as soon as possible (normally the next day if in stock and we check the orders, could be 2-3 days if not in stock)
Up to 0.3 kilos = £1.00: Up to 0.5 kilos = £2.50: Up to 1 kilo = £4: Up to 1.5 kilos = £5: Up to 2 kilos = £6: Up to 6 kilos = £10.00: Up to 10 kilos = £12.00: Thereafter £1.50p per extra kilo.
Shipping to U.K Islands (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Highlands and northern Scotland, Shetlands, outer no-mans land etc) is as mainland for up to 2 kilos. Sadly, over 2 kilos up to 10 kilos = £20. Sorry, it's so pricey but it's not our fault, we don't live in the wilderness!
Shipping to the Europe - Delivered in 3 - 12 days (Except France where we don't deliver as last time you beat us at rugby.)
Up to 0.25 kilos = £3 and thereafter £1 per 0.25 kilos up to 2 kilos. Over 2 kilos to 3 kilos = £27.50. Over 3 kilos up to 5 kilos £30.
Shipping to North America (and Rest of World, probably) - By Airmail ( Normally 3 - 10 days)
Up to 0.25 kilos = £3. Up to 0.5 kilos £5 and up to 1 kilo £10. Thereafter £2 per additional 0.25 kilos up to 2 kilos. Up to 3 kilos the charge is £44 with each extra Kilo charged at £12 up to max 5 kilos. Other weights by request.
Shipping to North America (and Rest of World, probably) - By Surface Mail ( Normally 1 - 8 weeks. But with a good wind and a full sail with the sun in our hair etc. who can tell?)
Up to 0.25 kilos costs £1.50, up to 0.5 kilos £3, up to 0.75 kilos £4, up to 1 kilo £5, up to 1.25 kilos £7, up to 1.5 kilos £9, up to 1.75 kilos £11 and up to 2 kilos £13. Other weights by request.
We will endeavour to send out your order to you a.s.a.p. So could be anytime, then.
If any of your order is not in stock, we will e-mail you so that you may decide whether to wait for the item to be in stock or for us to send out the rest of the order immediately.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union 17.5% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free and in that case you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero. If you forget, don't worry as we'll normally spot such an error.

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. Card numbers are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
